• Eligibility for Returns:
  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
• Non-Returnable Products:
  For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
  • Diapers & sanitary pads
  • Opened makeup & personal care items
  • Used or damaged products not caused by us
• Refunds:
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are made via the same payment method used at checkout.
• Exchanges:
  If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong product, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
